We subscribe to a philosophy of choice, empowering residents to make their own decisions as much as possible. Palm Terrace skilled nursing in our new Three Palms Health Center is designed in a neighborhood concept, with common spaces to encourage socialization.
Nurses’ nooks keep our staff closer to residents’ rooms, allowing us to provide even better care.
Skilled nursing services provide long- and short-term care for those recovering from an illness or injury. These services are also available to people who live in Miami Dade County, the Florida Keys and beyond through direct admission, with no entrance fee required.
