Creativity and Connection at East Ridge Village

At East Ridge Village, there are always opportunities to learn, create, and spend time with friends—and our ceramics classes are a perfect example.

Former East Ridge resident Annie continues to be an important part of our community, returning every Friday and Saturday to share her passion for ceramics with residents. During each class, residents have the opportunity to work with their hands, experiment with color and design, and create unique pieces of art of their own.

From colorful flowers and whimsical faces to beautifully detailed ceramic fish, the finished pieces show just how much creativity comes out of these sessions. But the classes are about more than the artwork. They’re also a chance to gather around the table, enjoy conversation, learn new techniques, and spend time together.

Annie’s continued connection to East Ridge is especially meaningful. Even after moving away, the friendships she formed here have endured, and she continues to return week after week to share her time and talents with our residents.

At East Ridge Village, hobbies flourish, friendships last, and there is always something new to discover.
