For people with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia (including Lewy body dementia) and their families, the impact of memory loss can be devastating. We understand and consider everyone involved when it comes to memory care. Our highly trained team in our new Palm Lane memory care neighborhood works with those with memory loss from Alzheimer’s or dementia every day. Our purpose is to engage each resident in a way that preserves their choices, promotes their remaining abilities and supports their independence in a safe environment.
We also offer support and education for families, helping them to understand and cope with the challenges presented by Alzheimer’s and dementia. Palm Lane, as well as all of East Ridge Village, welcomes family members to not only visit their loved ones but to also take advantage of every amenity offered at the community as well. After all, this is where their loved one lives – this is home. We welcome you to treat it as such. What does that mean? It means sharing a meal with your loved one in the dining room.
